Our policies

Insurance

Our office is "In-Network" with several insurance companies. We will do our best to provide you the most accurate estimate of the amount you will owe.

The estimate is not always 100% accurate due to pending claims from other providers. We will send in all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patient If, however, the amount paid by your insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate we provided you, we will either bill you the remaining balance or issue you a refund. We try to review all Explanation of Benefits (EOB) in a timely fashion so that we get you your refund as quickly as possible

Financial Policies

To eliminate any misunderstanding, any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We accept payment in the form of credit card, debit card, check, cash and also have 0% financing options through CareCredit.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide us at least 48 hours notice if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
